RSM BRAIN franchisee centres will be offering DMIT packages to its clients and will be facilitating DMIT workshops on a need-to-serve basis. Every RSM BRAIN centre will be equipped with front end DMIT software application, image sensing devise, other hardware and a trained counsellor whose credentials will be endorsed by RSM BRAIN . These centres will be working in close co-ordination with their parent body in order to establish a linear communication and information channel. They have to ensure client sourcing, smooth collection of dermatoglyphic data, execution of point scale test and conducting DMIT counselling sessions.

Currently, partnering with RSM BRAIN-India through franchisee route may take place at three levels.

First and the foremost are front line partners who are called ‘Intelligent Counselling Outlet’ (ICO) who will be directly handling the clients and will be arranging their DMIT tests and counselling sessions. They will be taking up subsequent sessions and will identify follow-up or remedial requirements and will execute the same as per RSM BRAIN guidelines.

The second level is named as ‘Multiple Counseling Outlet’ (MCO) who besides handling the clients directly, supports the fellow ICOs and helps in providing need based specialized counselling through a Master Counsellor.

Then there are ‘Intelligent Clusters’ (IC). The ICs normally operate at state/bi-state/part-state level depending upon the geography and demography to form a cluster. The basic role of these Intelligent Clusters is in planning, generating and providing resources to MCOs and ICOs in the specified territory. They will be actively working in establishing local chapters and will be implementing RSM BRAIN guidelines by conducting seminars and arranging interactions & discussions on Multiple Intelligence and DMIT in their territorial jurisdiction.
